GCGI is our journey of hope and the sweet fruit of a labour of love. It is free to access, and it is ad-free too. We spend hundreds of hours, volunteering our labour and time, spreading the word about what is good and what matters most. If you think that's a worthy mission, as we do—one with powerful leverage to make the world a better place—then, please consider offering your moral and spiritual support by joining our circle of friends, spreading the word about the GCGI and forwarding the website to all those who maybe interested.

An International Conference on
An Inter-faith Perspective on Globalisation:
Common Goals, Common Crises, Common Call and Common Hope

Plater College, Oxford, July 27 - August 3, 2002

Dear prospective attendee, friend and colleague,

At a time of profound crises there must be an opportunity for new vision, new understanding and new thinking. There is a desperate need for new practical ways of relating in an increasingly inter-dependent global community: a time to re-introduce spirituality, ethics and faith into the debate on globalisation.

The following pages contain a list of our speakers, the titles of their papers, and dates and times. Please give us your encouragement and come to this international conference. Together our voices will be stronger and more clearly heard.

You can come for the whole week, or for a day or two, residential or non-residential. Please complete the attached Registration Form and return it, to the Conference Secretary, Mrs Susan Leask. We need these confirmation details for catering and security purposes.

We are looking forward to welcoming you to Plater College and to Oxford in July.

With kind regards,

Dr Kamran Mofid
